The Paris-based LFPI Hotel Group (La Financière Patrimoniale d’Investissement) is a long-standing European private equity group that currently manages assets of more than 28 billion euros. LFPI has been active in the hotel industry as both investor and hotel operator for over 15 years. We are constantly expanding our portfolio with hotel acquisitions and invest in Germany, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.

In 2010, the LFPI Hotels fund set up a subsidiary with its headquarters in Cologne to broaden its hotel portfolio to Germany, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland.
